Come on, we've all done it. You've had a bad day, you spilled your coffee, it's pouring, and your boss chewed you out for being late. Then your computer wouldn't turn on and you couldn't find the papers you swear were just in your bag. You're in a hurry, frustrated, desperate to get home and therefore completely ignoring the signs. You push against a door but it doesn't budge. You push and push at the door that has now been blamed as the cause of all your misery. Try as you might it will not open no matter how many times you continue to ram your shoulder in it. You cry, sob, pout, yell, glare, stomp, throw a few choice words at the door but it still does not obey. Then you notice the little brass sign above the handle. PULL. oh, I knew that the whole time.
